1. Equipment functions: automatic cotton feeding + automatic tube feeding + automatic silicone seat feeding + three-piece lamination

2. Recommended number of operators: 1 person can operate 3-5 machines (manuals are responsible for adding material parts from the vibrating plate to the corresponding plate)

3. Estimated efficiency: The equipment uses vibrating plates to automatically feed the three materials (in a straight line); the efficiency is estimated to be 5,000-7,000 pieces/hour.

Process Flow:

Silicone plug feeding/PC tube feeding → Pressing → Shifting platform mechanism → Oil storage cotton feeding → Pressing → Finished product discharging

The staff only need to place the products manually; after setting the parameters, the machine presses the start button to automatically fill the machine with oil, place the nozzles, and press the nozzles together.
